90th National FFA Convention

Every year thousands of FFA members come together to celebrate FFA members, make amazing memories, and bask in the sea of blue. The National FFA Convention was held in In Indianapolis once again . A staggering 67,000+ FFA members, advisors, and supporters were in attendance from all 50 states including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands .Our chapter had an amazing time in Indianapolis meeting new members, attending sessions, and enjoying team bonding time. We also enjoyed hearing the inspiring retiring addresses from the 2016-2017 National Officers, jamming out to the new FFA theme song, and supporting the Georgia FFA Association with multiple winnings and nationals placings.

Our 2017-2018 National Officer team was announced. Georgia's very own Ian Bennet was elected as Southern Region VP. This convention broke attendance record and election record as well. Breanna Holbert was elected as National FFA President and she is the first female African American National Officer elected as a National Officer.

Our chapter had an amazing time attending the 90th National FFA Convention. We learned many ways to come together as a chapter and association and make our cans become wills, because we are stronger together.
