Career Development Event (CDE) Update

Career Devlopement Events (CDE) are competitions FFA members can participate in. CDEs focus on many careers availabele in the agriculture industry. On November 1, 2016 we took 5 teams to Etowah High School in Woodstock, Georgia to compete in Floriculture Jr&Sr, Farm Business Management, Agricultural Communications, and Job Interview CDEs. Our Agricultural Communications team was made up of Brittany Heath, Victoria Clegg, Constance Wilson, and Iren Igbere and they placed 5th, Sr Floriculture team made up of Charity Stanton, Monica Dowd, Anthony Peebles, and Jadah Bembury placed 8th, Farm Business Management team that was made up of Tristan Hemphill, Jasmine Blackwell, Jordyn White, and Jalen Lane placed 14th, Jr Floriculture Javan Watkins, Kiana Young, Kameron Dowling, and Jermall Kinley placed 16th, and our Job Interview participant Maryah Irwin placed 3rd in her room. All of our teams did extremely well and we are very proud of them.
